Introducing a new line to The Bass Shop, Eddy Finn Ukes.

Eddy Finn likes being a little different. Its ok. From the distinctive soundhole resonance to the exotic woods used to hand craft each one to tonal perfection, every one has a song waiting to be played. Pick up an Eddy Finnand it’s like a blast of warm sea air hitting your senses. Hand set ocean abalone, fishbone, herringbone…it’s all here. But the truth? It has to sound great first or it’s just a decoration hanging on a wall. Nobody wants that. At the core it has to be musical. It has to breathe.

Schumann & Jay Haide

Seen in these two photos are the new basses that I now have in stock at the moment. On the left is the Jay Haide Master grade double bass. And on the right is the Schumann entry level bass.

Both these instruments are of full solid construction and exceedingly well made.

2012 Gliga Prices

Hi everyone I’m back and open again, hope you are all rested and ready for a new year.

Just a couple of things for 2012.
There has been price change on the whole Gliga Range. These are very well made European basses renowned for quality. They all come completely setup with a bag, bow and name brand strings.

Gliga III Plywood with K&K bass max $3200
Gliga III Solid top ply back and sides with K&K bass max $3670
Gliga III All solid bass with K&K bass max $4415

Also I have put up the hire page so if you need a bass or a case let me know and I can book it for you.

Hi everyone thanks for your patience over the last two years, the web page is basically all finished I will now be doing regular updates of products and basses so stay tuned. Big thanks to Dave Upston @ Storm Cloud Designs for his help getting this ready for me.
